Notice how the news commentator calls Jesus “Yeshu” (an abbreviation for yimmach shemo vezikhro, meaning "May his name and memory be blotted out") instead of Yeshua. This gives Dan Sered (Director of Jews for Jesus) an opportunity to set the record straight, for the commentator and all the viewers! Also note how this guy Daniel Asor continues to refer to Jesus as Yeshu even after the fact.
The ultra-Orthodox are so quick to accuse us and everyone else of provocation and of not considering their sensitivity. Yet, if you know the meaning of Yeshu vs Yeshua… this could be construed as intentional blaspheme, an insult, and provocation.
