I often played chess with an old orthodox Jew who would stop by almost daily. This guy just loved to play and we all loved having him there. But the Datim had some strong talks with him. One day they allegedly told him if every seen here again he would never be buried in a Jewish cemetery. In spite of this threat, the elderly man came to play chess the very next day!
He showed up everyday for about a week before disappearing. No one has seen him since. Arad is a small town. It’s been over 2 to 3 weeks. We hope he’s not a victim of foul play.

Adults and youth dancing and yelling loud chants in front of our house, disturbing our neighbors who were forced to call the police.

An estimated 20 to 30 Datim paid us a night visit around 10:30 pm (2230 hrs). They were dressed in black from head to toe, and most of them had their faces covered. They were yelling and screaming and circling our house like a bunch of wild Indians. Our neighbors called the police, while I was busy taking pictures. As you can see, I have a picture of a guy name Eitan with a rock in his hand.
