A young couple, friends of ours, came down from Tel Aviv to visit and do some work around the Storefront. An offer we couldn’t refuse (smile). Thank God for the young people!
A couple of our new plastic chairs have slightly broken, but not a problem thanks to duct tape. Rule of thumb: “If it moves and shouldn’t, use duct tape. If it doesn’t move and should, use WD-40.”
Purchased and assembled a broom/utility cabinet.
Purchased and assembled a small table for the coffee, tea, and snack section.
Purchased and assembled a bathroom cabinet for toiletry items.
Ongoing: Chess on outside! Service on inside!
An old TV has been donated for playing Jesus Videos, etc. Unable to get anything on it without connected to cable, but we will only be using it to show videos (once we get a VCR).
Lura and I donated a couple of end-tables.
One of our Bedouin friends donated a nice rug.
And we purchase a green little blackboard.
