Good news and not-so-Bad News!
We moved into our building (Chess Club/Congregational Meeting Place). There is still lots of work to do – painting and some electrical and roof work, but we have a temporary sign up and the chess players have been using it every day since Feb. 15. They even advertised it in the Russian paper. The Congregation has been using it for the past two weeks and the youth group is meeting there on Fridays! Lots of Bibles and books have been passed out. Everyone seems pleased and it has brought new life to a depressed area so the shopkeepers are happy we are here! The first three months rent has been paid – Praise the Lord for what He is doing in Arad! The name of the building is Anshey HaMelech (The King’s Men – literally, people of the king).

My sister Susan, has been helping – we thank God for her! Pray for more volunteers to come to watch over the place – we want to have one or two believers there at all times. Pray also for the funds to pay our rent and taxes, etc. Pray most of all, for the Lord to create divine appointments for those who come to the shop – that they would pick up the books and take them home and read them. We want to see people enter into a personal relationship with the King of Kings and become one of the King’s people! We wanted to make a trip to the USA this spring, but the Lord has changed our mind. There is too much going on here with the new King’s Men opening up, plus the fact that no money has been provided for the trip. We feel the Lord has us staying here for a reason, so we are happily waiting upon Him!

WE WILL NOT BE TRAVELING TO THE USA THIS SPRING. OUR APOLOGIES TO THOSE WHO WANTED TO SCHEDULE US TO SPEAK AT THEIR CHURCHES. Next time!

We are preparing to make another delivery to the Holocaust survivors. The city has donated matzoh and juice to them for Passover, but needs someone to transport it – that’s us! We are adding food to the items and making their Passover a little more special!

We are also preparing to have Passover Seder at the King’s Men and have invited all who do not have families to visit. It should be a fantastic event to present Y’shua as the Passover Lamb to those who may never have heard of the reason for the Passover. “When I see the Blood I will pass over you.” We are going to put the sign and simulated blood on the doorposts and lintel of the King’s Men building for the length of the Passover Holiday. What a witness!

We should be picking up the newspaper this week at the printer’s in Jerusalem. (We are already working on the next newspaper) Pray for open hearts as we distribute it all over the Land! We are not here to make people comfortable but to challenge them in their thinking concerning the Person of Y’shua, the Messiah of Israel and the World! Thank you for helping us to accomplish that task!
