After the storefront was doused with gasoline, and set afire with the King’s men inside playing chess and dominos the Haredim Gur and Yad L’Achim were there the very next day taunting us. We took this matter to the regional court in Beersheva, along with a suitcase of hard evidence in pursuit of a restraining order. The judge refused to let our lawyer approach the bench, refused to view our evidence, and denied our restraining order request. We ended up having to pay court costs, along with the Haredim and our lawyer’s fee, a total of 6050 shekels ($1,463.47 @ 4.134 ex. rate).

The situation, whenever we take the Gur Haredim to court, is that followers of Christ are taking Jewish religious leaders (the Pharisees) before a Jewish judge in the state of Israel looking for justice. In which case, no evidence against them, thus far, is admissible. But, they can drum up all manner of false charges against us, bring us before a Jewish judge in the state of Israel with no proof other then the word of a Pharisee against ours, and we are guilty as charged.

Praise the Lord; with His help we’ve been able to capture some of these crimes in the act on video! The judges may not be interested in seeing them but at least you are! Please continue to pray for us!

Each trip to Beersheva and back uses 1/3 tank of diesel; we must make this trip 3 to 4 times a month due to a slew of trumped-up charges against us and real charges we have against them.

Currently we are dealing with this issue about the tables! I’m glad we’ve been able to capture it on video so that you can feel what we feel, thus able to pray that much more fervently.
