THE AMIEL ORTIZ MIRACLE
We are overjoyed to report miracle after miracle is happening to 14 year old AMIEL ORTIZ, the Israeli boy who was holding a bomb disguised as a Purim package when it exploded in his hands.

The doctors said that he would no longer be able to see, to have use of his hands or legs and he would have permanent lung damage. But now, after removing a huge shrapnel piece from his left eye, doctors are saying he will be able to see as well as he did prior to this event – a miracle, they say. The lungs are returning to normal. Another miracle. The legs will not have to be amputated. Daily, the muscles and skin are healing and returning to normal. Daily, doctors are amazed at the supernatural healing that is taking place in this young boy's damaged body. "Baruch Ha-Shem!"

An operation was performed on Thursday morning to transplant skin from his leg to his chest because of the severe burns suffered from the explosion and went smoothly - but now he is experiencing pain which is expected to last the next 7 to 10 days. The throat opening from the tracheotomy is well closed and the scar is almost invisible but a germ infection has arisen forcing him into quarantine with no one allowed in the room except for his family.

Most of the bandages from his arms & legs have been removed and his skin is healing nicely although there may have to be more operations to repair the torn tendons in his arms, feet and legs. Emotionally he is doing better as his mother, Leah, is ministering to him to place his trust in and rely on G-D for healing and the removal of pain. Every 2-3 hours his burned body is bathed in water while still more shrapnel fragments have to be removed as they painfully push to the surface.

The Ortiz family and those around the world praying for Amiel know that his physical healing is a true miracle as G-D is being glorified through this horrific tragedy. For Yeshua said in Matthew 19:26, "With men this is impossible, but with G-D all things are possible," so we can only respond, Amen, as we see G-D moving before our eyes! The Ortiz family remains deeply appreciative of the support and comfort extended by you, drawing strength through your prayers, letters and our many visits. Please continue to pray for the L-RD to complete this physical and emotional healing He has so wonderfully begun!!!
