Don't share prescription drugs with anyone else.  They are a controlled substance for a reason.  The world is a unpredictable place: strange and freakish things happen.  Some people are allergic to bee stings; they can die.  Some people can go into Insulin Shock from changes in their blood sugar; and... ?   <Anyone, anyone?>

*laugh* If and when your friends and family ask if they can try a few of your amazing diet pills tell them that Nancy Reagan said you should "Just Say No".  It's for their own safety.  Tell them that it's not legal to share prescription drugs and that they're old enough to know better.  The legal question won't deter some people ("Hey, they're just diet pills right?").  The life they save might be their own.

Be responsible and think twice before you share your diet pills with someone else. When those around you notice your weight loss and ask you, "How?" make sure you tell them to get their own pills.  Really.  There are a lot of types of fairly cheap diet pills available. I lost weight without exercising!
I work on a computer all day so I'm not the most active individual. My inactive lifestyle and eating habits had caused me to gain too much weight. It took 9 months for me to lose weight to my satisfaction; but it was easy and there were no side effects that I was aware of!

I'd skip the Xenical pill if I was eating either a small snack or a meal very low in fat.  The cost of the Xenical pill would sometimes discourage me from eating cheap food.  *laugh*  But only sometimes!  There were times when I'd happily eat some 'junk food' like Pringles potato chips or Dunkin Donuts knowing that I was able to reduce the fat that would be absorbed by my system!

Bug/Feature of Xenical: Because I had to remember to take a Xenical tablet around the time I ate meant that I accidentally thought about what I was eating a little bit more than usual.  As with any diet, I couldn't just CASUALLY decide it was time to snack.  Xenical can be taken with the meal or up to an hour afterwards.  The key being that I had to remember to take a Xenical capsule with me.  Just remembering to bring the capsule with me meant I was thinking a bit more about what I was eating than before I started taking Xenical. Hmm, I've called Xenical pill, a tablet, and a capsule. I think it's a capsule since it's an oblong shaped medication  with an outer "shell", it's not a compressed power which means it's not a pill or  tablet, right?

Believe it or not I lost those 55+ pounds by eating McDonalds Value Meals: SUPER SIZED!  Of course I didn't eat much more on some days other than my Big Mac, super sized Fries and a Coke.  But it wasn't hard since I was taking Phentermine and wasn't hungry.  Note: I think it is important to take a daily multi-vitamin if you are on any type of weight loss plan since your body won't be receiving as much nutritional substances. I didn't eat at McDonalds EVERY day -- but I did eat there more than I care to admit. The Xenical helped block the fat absorption of my Big Mac and the secret sauce... but Xenical really helped reduce calories my body received from the French Fries!

The thing that made it easy was the prescription medication. I didn't have to force myself to stay on a diet to lose weight! I didn't suffer. And I wasn't hungry.  It was so easy to lose 55+ pounds, and so many people asked me how I did it, that I thought I'd make this webpage to share my experience.

Now that I've lost weight I've had to go shopping for new clothes.  New pants, new belts, etc.  But it's a good problem to have when one is purchasing new clothes after losing weight. I know that I wasn't thrilled with buying new clothes --- but it was kinda cool at the same time. At least new clothes always feel, well... NEW!

... and it sure is nice to be seeing something different in their faces now!
