i pay the price for playing it laissez-faire and find my wheels skirting thin air for i've inadvertently taken the clifftop road and now must obey the compulsion to throw myself over the edge into the abyss and my brain won't see that something's amiss i've had two whole years to learn, at which point did i take the wrong turn?
