okay....here goes. I'll start from toronto.... Me and Kurt arrive and Toronto from a ride from his dad. I really wanted to buy a cd from a band called Peach (Tool's bassist's old band) so we wandered over to a little hmv. after minutes of searching, I found it...woo!. yeah so anyways I was walking to pay for it and then I saw one of those listening booths. so I decided to listen to some of Dave navarro (really cool). so I bought it too. after that, Kurt and I wander over to much music. there were a bunch of people standing outside of a window. I figured it was just brad or george or something so I decided that we should be sheep and wander over to the window to peek in. Bradford was interviewing a couple of guys. I thought, cool. Upon further inspection I realized that these weren't just any ordinary men. They were German men from the great German band that I'm sure most of you have heard of, Rammstein!. So instead of walking away we decided to stare at a few memberd of rammstein for a while, not having a clue of what they were saying but oh well. Then they started to get up and walk away. Nooo!, I thought, as I followed out side in the general direction that they were walking. A girl who was standing at the window walked to the doors for much music and standing in there were Christoph(drums), Oliver(Bass), and Paul(Guitar) of Rammstein. Holy shit, I thought to myself. I'm standing in the presence of some great people. Next thing I know they were saying that would do autographs but they would have to be quick. I panicked and fumbled through my wallet for some paper, yet their was no pen to be found. *sigh*. luckily someone brought markers out to the German superstars and they were good to go. I got them to sign a scrap piece of paper that just happened to be in my wallet, woo. Kurt got them to sign his freshly bought rammstein sonne single cd. t'was good. then they had to go apparently. *frowns*. they went walking away through the dangerous streets of toronto. Me, Kurt and that girl who was there decided to stalk....errrr....follow them. They continued walking, unaware of our presence and then they turned to enter a shoe store. In a hurry I ran to the nearest convienience store and bought a disposable camera, so did kurt. The girl stood look-out to see if they were leaving. After the cameras were bought we waited outside the shoe store for them to come out. Oliver(Bass) came out. he's a huge guy... got to be like 7 feet tall. yeah.... so I gathered up my courage and asked The Oliver if I could take his picture, he said sure..! woo!... so I took his picture and then I thought. hmmmm....."Hey Kurt, Take my picture with him". Kurt's like YEAH!..... so I politely asked Oliver if that was okay with him and he didn't seem to mind. so I got my picture taken with Oliver but being the idiot that I am I did a stupis thumbs up pose for the camera. After that I took Kurts picture with Oliver... Right after the pictures were taken, he rushed back into the comfort of the shoe store and away from the freaks trying to take his picture...
So the three of us waited outside the shoestore for the band to some out. and they did but I think they didn't want to be near us..... so we followed them and I got a few pictures of their behinds as they were walking away down the street.....a few moments later they left us. standing. alone. oh well.....WE MET THEM!......... The girl said she had to go..."are you going to the show tonight?", asked kurt. "no", she replied, "I have to work... hey, do you guys have e-mail addresses?". "Why yes, but we don't seem to have a pen to write it down on"..... "oh :(".... "well I gotta get going to work", she says, "I work in the eatons center at the dairy queen, just stop by there any time you are in toronto again, I'm always working."....."cool", I thought....anyways, bye. She walked off to go to work. Me and Kurt walked a little ways but then saw his dad again so we got a ride from him to the Docks, nightclub where rammstein was to play. we arrived there at about 5:30 or so. so we stood and waited and I was pondering whether they would allow "The Power Glove" inside.....yes, the nintendo power glove... I just kept it in my pocket for the moment. half of it was hanging out and people were like..."ummm, what's in your pocket there?, it looks like it's gonna fall out"......"It's uhhh...nothing", I replied.... we waited and waited some more and then finally the doors opened at about 7:30 (they were supposed to open at 7....argh)... anyways the line started moving forward...I placed the power glove on my hand and had a surge of a very special feeling pass right through me. finally it was my turn to be groped by the girl who was checking for stuff...... ... She looks at my right hand...."ummm, is that the nintendo power glove?"......"uhhh...yeah"....... "Why are you wearing that?"..... I was thinking that they were gonna confiscate it..... I told them that it makes me feel happy.... she checked the "Glove" for and drugs or hand grenades or something like that and then she went to ask some security guy if the glove was okay to be worn inside. He says, "sure ya can, it's mostly rubber anyways"...I sighed with relief...*ahhhh*.....so then we were in....ple place didn't seem to big but oh well......we waited there for like 40 minutes waiting for the opening bands.....finally the first one came on...."Crossbreed", they looked really cool because all of their clothes were black light sensitive and it just looked cool!. they were an okay band. they had 2 keyboardists doing synth stuff and the guitar and bass were pretty heavy....It would have been a lot better if the singer didn't scream all the time.....partway through their second song. the singer started body surfing....it was pretty cool!.his pants were really thin.....(he body surfed over me). Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that I was right at the front for the whole concert. after their second sone, they had some technical difficulties and they had to cut their set short...awww.......so after that the stage crew started setting up for Godhead.....which took like half an hour. but it was worth it....they are a bunch of ugly guys, bu damn!....they are so good!......the singers voice is really good.....I didn't know any of the songs they were playing but I moshed around anyways. and then they announced that they will now be playing Eleanor Rigby......WOOO!!!........they played it and it was great!....that was their last song...(I think)......after Godhead me and Kurt went to the refreshment stand for some water....two-hundred-fifty freakin' cents for a bottle!. after that we tried to work our way back to the front for Rammstein but some big bitch wouldn't let us pass so I decided to push my way through and I finally made it up there......I look behind me and Kurt seems to have disappeared...oh well....
Rammstein came on and it was great. I'm not going to go into too much detail about it but it was so freakin' good. they even played "Stripped", by Depeche Mode....woo!. The pyrotechnics were extremely cool and during one song called, "Rammstein", Till Lindemann came onto a stage wearing a metal coat which happened to be on fire. then when he took the coat off his leg was on fire. The stage crew tried to help him but it didn't work.......then good ol' Flake(Keyboards) came with a fire extinguisher of his own...he sprayed it at Till but it seems that there was gasoline in the extinguisher...uh oh Till, look out!....The band stops and Flake keeps spraying Till..... stage crew and band members have a very concerned look on their face and try to help Till, but he wasn't moving.......soon enough, he got to his feet and seemed sore.....He took off the glasses he was wearing and the stage lights shone down upon him revealing that is was a mask that he was wearing....he slowly removed the mask and had the most sinister look ever on his face....the band started up again and everything was fine :). t'was a good show and at the end, the stage crew were taking down some of the stuff....everyone was like.... NOOOOOOOoooooo....... but then Christoph appeared behind the drums.... and started drumming. Then some guitar came in and lights came on and Godhead and Rammstein were both playing together.....they played a cover of Pet Cemetery by the Ramones.....it was by far one of the coolest things I have ever seen.....they were all playing and singing and jamming and the was one person who was doing most of the singing...... it was none other than FLAKE!......I almost cried... it was such a beautiful moment... *sniffle* After that, the lights all came on and people were leaving the Docks... I tried to look for Kurt because he was my way home and I hadn't seen him for any of Rammstein. then as most of the people were gone. someone pushed me from behind.... KURT!.....yay...hehe ....we talked about how freaking amazing that show was and all the happenings that occurred like when flake was squirting water and hit me and Till was always drinking water and he spit water on me.... and how we both almost caught drumsticks..... I spent the whole concert right at the front and had a perfect view of all of them for the whole show while Kurt ended up body surfing back and forth through the whole crowd. It was by far the most amazing live show I have ever seen...when I get pics developed, I will post a few. thanks for reading....

Tale of the Sparrow Lady
There are some things that I forgot to mention about the great day in toronto.... whenever I think of them I'll add them..

here is the first...

After we met Rammstein (woo) Kurt and I were standing around just hanging out on the streets of Toronto, then all of a sudden some weird looking lady with an insane look in her eyes stopped in front of Kurt, crouched down a little and then started mumbling something... Kurt was like, "uhh, what are you doing?. To which the lady replied, "I'm talking to the sparrows". Kurt just said, "cool" and smiled.... The lady looked up at him, smile and wobbled away... A good laugh was then had by us both..

and so ends the "Tale of the Sparrow Lady"
