1. THE CONNIPTION FITS BROKE UP. Thanks to everyone who supported us. If you'd like to keep up with the ex-members - Justin and Dylan are in a new band together called Rice and Rifles. Patrik went on to start the (No) Apologies Project.



2. For anyone that missed it, we were reviewed in MAXIMUM ROCK N ROLL. Here's the full text:
" The Conniption Fits remind me of old Mystic Records compilation records: simple structures, rock and roll basics, and all the old Southern California punk rock energy. They remind me of a comp because their songs are of similar style, but not exactly like any of their other songs, you know? One song really strongly brought 'Shattered Badge' by WHITE FLAG into my head. Actually they're more rockaroll than this review implies, about 1/3 to 2/3rds punk rock."
