We came to USA in 2001 to start a bakery at the Four Corners Area in Davenport Central Florida. We opened a small bakery in Clermont on Montrose Street while we were waiting for our building to be completed. A year later we were moving to our new place.
For 5 years we enjoyed the success of out bakery and restaurant with the Sunday brunch buffets, and special occasion cakes. We close our store for family health problems and went out of business until July 2010.
Now we are again working together to give people the best taste in each of our products.
Practically all our products are made from scratch.
While we are from Argentina our ancestors arrive over there from different countries in Europe. Several generations behind us our relatives brought their culture to Argentina and all that mix contribute to create our taste for good food stuff.
Gutierrez- Almazan from Spain, Rodriguez- Pecora from Spain and Italy, Gonzalez- Walpen from Spain and Switzerland, and a French gran-gran mother ( Margarita Chiavassa) gave us our signature on matters of food.
Three generations of bakers and pastry chefs contributed to our attachment to the bread , cakes, pastries and pizza.

Now that we are all together again we have added some more family members involved with cooking and bread preparation, Francisco y Rosa Enrique has joined us with their daughter Anabella Youngs (our pastry chef)
We must recognize that Pizza was not into our family business before but our Manager David Walpen worked during two years at a pizza store, there he wet Christopher Lang who has been a pizza chef for 20 years. Their friendship took as in this adventure and Tango is the final result. Our family business is growing fast, we wish to maintain the standard of quality and improve in every aspect to provide our customers with high quality products and services.

After going through the worse of the economic crisis we decided to do something else than complaining so we started Tango at Astatula Florida. The experience of changing a subs store into a bakery-pizza store was not easy but we counted with the help of the most amazing people. Astatula is a small city close to Tavares and Clermont in Lake county Florida. This is placed in a rural area where cooperation and friendship is the best way to describe this incredible people who welcome us and demonstrated us that human beings can be incredible.
We are placed at Country Junction Plaza at suite 3, we got the help of other tenant and owner and Tango was able to open its doors with the incredible help of everybody.
