Frequently Asked Questions:

1. What is required of a team to enter your tournament?
You must be registered with ASA and have insurance for your players.

2. What do I need to bring with me?
All coaches should have an official ASA roster sheet. This needs to be filled out by coach and signed by the players as well. We will have some blank sheets at the park if you need one.

3. What do I have to show on site when we arrive at the tournament site?
You should bring a copy of each players birth certificate and a copy of your insurance.

4. What players will be batting, starting line-up or all roster players?
You will be batting your starting line-up.

2009 Summer Slam: The 10U players will use the dropped 3rd strike and will be able to steal home. There will be a limitation of a maximum of 7 runs scored during the first 3 innings. After the third inning, there will be unlimited runs allowed and will use the mercy rule at this time.

All age groups will be using the mercy rule: 15 run after 3 complete innings, 12 runs after 4 innings and 8 runs after 5 innings.

Time limit applies to all games except the Championship game(s) which will be 7 innings unless the mercy rule is needed. If the home team is trailing at the end of the time limit, they will be able to complete that inning in any and all games.
