A Mars Community

Have you ever wondered what life might be like on Mars?  Here is your chance to create a Martian community.  Your job as a NASA engineer, is to design a community to live on Mars.  But there are some obstacles you must overcome to set up this community.  

FIRST - What kind of atmosphere is there on Mars? What adjustments might you have to make to your community?

SECOND:  How can you travel from one community to another - will you have to design a new kind of transportation based on the surface of the planet?

THIRD:  What adjustments to daily life might one expect to make if they decide to move to Mars? Does water boil and freeze there at the same temperature as it does on Earth?

Design your community and draw it on poster board - create a web site to show - or PowerPoint presentation.
