I have been hairdressing for nearly 10 years. My training began at the Gene Juarez Academy of Beauty, in Seattle, WA. After completing my 1800 hour course I graduated and immediately acquired my license the very next day! For several months I worked back home in a small salon, however my thirst for a greater range of skill lead me back to Washington where I completed a six month advanced training course. The education I received there was tremendous, not just in my trade, but in overall business and personal performance. I am very grateful for this experience and believe so much in my education. The nature and goals of Gene Juarez himself still inspire me to strive for higher practices.
