Ficklen Family Homepage

Jessica (7 1/2), Chris (9),  and Katheryne (9 1/2)

Hello and welcome to our little corner on the web.  We are a family of 5.  My husband, Terry, is the light of my life!  He is truly my soul mate. We met 6 1/2 years ago and fell in love.  We have been married for 4 1/2 years. Together, we have 3 children.  Our oldest daughter is a child from my husband's previous marriage.  The other two are children from my previous marriage.  One day we hope to have a child together, but we are truly blessed to have the 3 that we do have.  We love you guys!

Our girls: Ariel and Snow White

Our son: Buzz Lightyear

This is our dog Lady Belle.  She was a puppy here and has since grown big, but I couldn't find a recent picture of her.

In addition to Lady we have 5 birds.  Shotcie, Aviator, Mark, Tammy, and Blue Bonnett.  Shotcie is a Cockatiel and the other birds are Parakeets.

Finally we have moved to a new house (well new to us anyway!).  It's out in the country and we love it very much.

These pictures were taken before we moved in.  I will try to update them with the Christmas lights on the house later.

This is the house from the front.  We still have to paint the flag pole and do the landscaping when spring comes.

This is the house from the side.  We live on the corner and have a creek running behind it.  It's a really nice house.

Finally, we took a trip out to California in January to see our niece get married.  Our niece and her husband is of the Mormon faith.  They got married in the Oakland Temple.  The Temple was very pretty and the view over the bay was breath taking.  We had a really good time in California with all of them. We are hoping to get back out there to see them soon!

Here is a picture of the Temple and a picture of dh and myself in front of the fountain below the Temple.  Both of the pictures were taken in the early morning.

Here is a better picture of the Temple. Even the visitors center was pretty.  Especially the view from inside overlooking the bay.
