The homes featured on these pages range from $400,000 to $629K with most of them being between $400 - $485.  Most are four bedroom homes about 2,000 sq ft on a minimum of 6,000 sq ft lot.  All have central heat and air conditioning and a fireplace.  Some have a pool or room to build one.  All were built in 1994 or later, so they are newer homes.
