This is a high-intensity two week experience that fosters the deelopment of the skills and mindset needed to be an outstanding day or resident camp counselor. Through a ariety of trainings, workshops, activities and experiences, youth are empowered with the opportunity to experience group building in an outdoor setting. This challenging program emphasizes group leadership, increased self-awareness and esteem, respecting diersity and the practial application of acquired skills.
