Age Division Entry Fee: $40.00 (Mandatory)
There will be a winner & 2-4 runners up (depending on # of entries/division) chosen in each age division. Winner receives a crown, title banner, trophy, and discount to State Pageant! The runners up receive a trophy and discount to State Pageant! Every contestant will leave with a gift; no one goes home empty handed. Judging is based on facial beauty, smile, eye contact, modeling/poise, personality/confidence, dress/attire, & overall appearance.

Prettiest Eyes: (included in above fee)
There will be a winner chosen in each age division. Winner receives a title banner and small gift. Judging is based on eye contact during group line-up.

Prettiest Hair: (included in above fee)
There will be a winner chosen in each age division. Winner receives a title banner and small gift. Judging is based on hairstyle during group line-up. **Make sure it is age appropriate-extensions or hair pieces are not recommended.**

Prettiest Smile: (included in above fee)
There will be a winner chosen in each age division. Winner receives a title banner and small gift. Judging is based on smile during group line-up. **Natural is best!**

Most Beautiful: $10.00 (Optional)
There will be a winner chosen in each age division. Winner receives a trophy and title banner. Judging is based on facial beauty during group line-up.

Best Fashion: $10.00 (Optional)
There will be a winner chosen in each age division. Winner receives a trophy and title banner. Judging is based on the dress you wear during group line-up. **pageant dress usually wins**

Photogenic: $10.00 (Optional)
There will be a winner chosen in each age division. Winner receives a trophy and title banner. Judging is based on the photo turned in at registration; you will receive your pictures back after the competition. DON'T MAIL YOUR PHOTO! **Pictures should be no larger than 8x10 & may be color or black and white. NO FRAMES, but plastic covers are accepted!** You are allowed to turn in 2 pictures for the price of one.  You may enter additional photos for $5.00 each.

Overall Winner: (MUST enter all of the above categories to be eligible)
If there are 15 or more contestants in the pageant, there will be 2 Grand Overall Winners (one from 0 - 5 years & one from 5 - 22 years). If there are less than 15 contestants, there will only be 1 Grand Overall Winner chosen from the entire pageant. Winners receive a large crown, title banner, trophy, and registration fee paid to the State Pageant. **With 30 or more contestants in each pageant, these winners will receive 1 night paid hotel accommodations @ the State Pageant.

ATTIRE
Pageant dresses (only outfit needed) are recommended but not required. All dresses should be age appropriate (since the dress is a small portion of the judging any type of dress is allowed). This is a natural to semi-glitz system that does not like anything fake (hair, teeth, tans, etc...) Contestants should wear little to no make-up. We are looking for natural beauty. **Contestants w/too much make-up or dresses & hairstyles that aren't age appropriate will be counted off.** Those deductions may or may not affect whether you win or not--we are looking for the total package and personality, poise, confidence and eye contact are important!!!!!

DISCOUNTS
Early Bird Discount - postmark your registration form & entire entry fee at least 10 days prior to the pageant date, and you can enter everything for $60.00. AFTER 10 days you must pay full price $70
Referral Discount - take $5.00 off your entry for every new contestant that you refer to enter the same prelim you are entering. *Discount will be given at the pageant when the other contestant registers*
Sister Discount - 1 child enters (everything) for full price & siblings enter (everything) for $40.
Repeat Discount - enter 1 prelim for full price and then you can enter any additional prelim for $40.

PAYMENT POLICY
ONLY CASH IS ACCEPTED THE DAY OF THE PAGEANT. NO EXCEPTIONS! We will accept personal or business checks 2 weeks prior to the pageant. All checks must have time to clear. There will be a $20 charge on all returned checks. After the 2-week cutoff, you can enter up to two days prior to the pageant by mailing in a money order. Make checks and money orders out to Brittney Gulley.

ADMISSION
Everyone except contestants and one parent will be required to pay @ the door. Fees will be minimal.

HOW TO ENTER
Mail entry form and entire entry fee to: Brittney Gulley, c/o Oklahoma's Best, 2230 S. Clover Drive,
Fayetteville, AR 72701. Deadline to receive your entry by mail is 2 days prior to pageant.

**REMINDER: early bird discount must be postmarked 10 days prior to the pageant. Otherwise you will have to pay full price or $70.00**

You can enter @ the door & pay all fees in cash during registration. Door entries will be $60 for mandatory or $90 for everything unless you call ahead 479-443-9465, then it's regular $40 or $70!
