Hello and welcome to my site. I am honored to be a director of a pageant system that I believe is run fairly and honestly.

I can’t believe that 2009 marks the 10 year anniversary of “Best” shining stars! Since 1999, my state contestants have grown from 13 to 54, and the prelims have gone from 8 in AR alone to 21 in all three states (AR, MO & OK). It is my sincerest hope that everyone who enters my pageants has fun and feels they were treated and judged fairly.

My system is a semi-glitz pageant that looks for a beautiful face and lots of personality, and everyone that enters is a “shining star”. You don’t have to be dressed in the most expensive dress to be my queen. Wear what makes you feel comfortable and let your inner beauty shine. There is no need for fake hair, nails, teeth, tans, etc…because we are truly looking for natural beauty.

 I have been blessed to have met so many beautiful girls who have represented my system throughout the last 10 years with inner and outer beauty. Many have returned over and over in the past years and I have formed a wonderful pageant family that will remain in my heart for years to come! I am excited to see what the next 10 years will bring and I thank each of you for giving my system a try.
