 | These are the upper rudder attachment brackets. They are held in place by A5 (5/32 inch) Avex rivets. Note the center rivet has been countersunk and set with a flat head instead of a domed head. This is so there will be room for 1/4 inch bolt head clearance when the rudder is attached to the fuselage.
