Details: Testroom Supervisor / Support Staff
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide learning support in Learning Resource Services (LRS) department. In this role, you will supervise the testroom, manage learner access to both on-line and paper-based tests, prepare monthly testroom statistics, and ensure security and invigilation of the exams. In addition, you will help learners one-on-one or in small groups to use the computers and WebCT. You will provide learner support for technology and troubleshoot technical difficulties in the LRS. Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills will be essential to your success.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma plus related coursework and related experience. Equivalencies may be considered. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and web-based applications is required.

Note: This is one-year temporary assignment commencing immediately.
