Hi There..Welcome to my site!

On March 11th 2004 I am at 210 lbs lost.

On this site I will list my interests in detail.
From The Photography I love to do to Ghost Hunting.
Also my weight loss..I have made a page on it. I have lost
182 pounds as of today 1-19-03 on it!
I have 2 pounds to go and then I will go on to losing 200 or more.

I will keep this updated on my new weight loss
journey page , you can enter it by clicking the
link at the bottom.

The weight loss part of my site is aimed at
moral support for those who want it.
I intend to eventually include lots of recipes
photos ,things that took me my whole life to learn
about weight loss. You do NOT have to starve to
lose!
I am living proof .
You are not alone in your weight struggle!
We can lean on each other.

I also am into Ghost Hunting.
I have Photographs I have taken .
In time they will be on my site.

As I build this site I will explore all these
things I have mentioned and more.
