T&T Team Booster Club Meeting

Motion was made for Booster club to pay for Jeremy's camp tuition of $275.00, camp is paying for his air fare. Unanimously approved.
Motion was made for Booster club to pay for athlete's attending Regionals meet fees. Unanimously approved.

Jeremy presented the Summer Practice Schedule to begin June 20 through August 31, 2005.
D Team - 9:00am-Noon M, T, TH, F
C Team - 9:00am -11:30am M, TH and 12:30pm-3:00pm T, F
B Team - 9:00am-11:00am M, W, F
Pre Team - 12:30pm-2:30pm - M, W, F
Each team will have Kick Boxing as condition 1 day a week during Summer Schedule.
Treasurer Report - OGA Board has given the T and T booster club $1500 as a thank you for it's support throughout the year.
We had a tremendous turnout at the last sleepover! We grossed $1701! After expenses we netted a total of $1383.33! A fabulous success!
At the end of April we had a balance of $9289.92
Out of this we will be submitting a check for Regional Meet fees (approximately $1200-$1300) and we will be refunding or crediting some meet fees to some individuals that have overpaid meet fees for the season in the amount of $1200. This still leaves a balance of approximately $6789 and some change.
Next Sleepover Over will be July 16. Flyers will start going out next week! SUMMER BLAST!!!!!!
Are you ready for Regionals? Link to schedule can be found at our website (on calendar) www.ogatandtteam.com. Jeremy has assured us Glenn says this is the final schedule and it will not change. They are expecting 400 athletes to attend. Should be a great Regionals!
Please look for a survey sheet in your folder and or via email about Nationals. We need to know who is planning on attending Nationals, who needs chaperones, etc. Once information is complied the booster club will vote on paying for meet fees.
You can find a great OGA group rate for hotel on the website (calendar page). The hotel is Holiday Inn Express Downtown Houston and is only two blocks from the Convention Center. It offers free parking and free breakfast. We got a great rate of only $79/night (plus tax) for either a double/double or King. There are also a couple of suites available for $110/night (plus tax). Reservations need to made by June 24th.
OGA Rummage sale is June 4. Donations accepted, but OGA has no place to store items. Please have prices marked. For more details contact Eve Vacek @ 503-648-5403 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Blood Drive is coming up June 1 from 3:30pm-6:30pm. Please sign up at front desk or contact Elisa Rydman, email@example.com.
Diana is planning on hanging banners on Sunday May 22. 2005 State Championship banners have been ordered and will be put up in a more timely manner.
