One of my longest held music obsessions, my sister got me into The Smashing Pumpkins. Funny, I'm listening to them right now. Those were strange times. Flannel shirts, torn up jeans, and Nirvana (another good band as well). If I had to dedicate this song to anyone, it would probably me to my sister. Why? Because I used to think her clothes were so cool I'd steal them while she left for the night; And when she returned she would find her closet ripped to pieces. My favorite items were her alien t-shirt, smiley face purse, and shiney tennis shoe clogs. Haha..those were the good days. At least back then girls didn't walk around with their ass hanging out of their pants.

I'm not talking about the band. Sadly they're broken up now. But all their music is most wonderful. Poetic, angst-filled, and still beautiful. Besides, Billy Corgan is one of the few people who can pull off being bald.

I only have lyrics from Mellon Coliie and the Infinite Sadness and Machina, but that's because I haven't heard much of their older stuff. I can asure you, what I have heard is also awesome!
