Registration Friday, February 21 - 7:00-9:00 p.m. A brief registration and events orientation will be held following registration for all contestants in the ball room. You will want to be apart of this to make sure you have your final event schedules.

Events Competition events will be: Beauty, Photogenic, sportswear or Casual Wear -Custom or Off the rack (no glitz and no pro-am !!)
Points will be taken off for stones or sequence NO PRO AM MODELING DO NOT REMOVE JACKET, or ACCESSORIES
Black and white or color 1 picture for entry - extra entries are $15.00 each. NAME and AGE on back of each photograph
Up beat music will be provided for contestants. Individual music will not be accepted.
We are looking for Total Package Point Beauty 0-100 - MANDATORY Casual Wear 0-25 - OPTIONAL Sports Wear 0-25 - OPTIONAL Photogenic 0-25 - OPTIONAL Overall Most Beautiful 0-100 - OPTIONAL (FACIAL BEAUTY ONLY) BEAUTY QUEENS Queens will be the contestants with the highest Beauty scores in their age divisions. 100 pts. max.
OVERALL MOST BEAUTIFUL Three contestants (0-3, 4-9, 10 up) with the highest FACIAL BEAUTY score, 100 pts. max. *This is an Overall Title and can not be double crowned MINI SUPREME QUEENS Three Queens (0-3, 4-9, 10 up) will be the contestants with the next highest combined scores (to the Supreme Queen) of Beauty and two optionals of their choice. Max of 150 pts. If more than two optionals are chosen, the highest scores will be used to calculate their total. *WILL NOT BE DOUBLE CROWNED. SUPREME QUEENS Three Queens (0-3, 4-9, 10 up) will be the contestants with the highest combined scores of Beauty and two optionals of their choice. Max of 150 pts. If more than two optionals are chosen, the highest scores will be used to calculate their total. *WILL NOT BE DOUBLE CROWNED. GRAND SUPREME The contestant with the highest combined score of the entire pageant. 150 pts. max. **If there is a tie, it will be broken with the highest beauty score. *WILL NOT BE DOUBLE CROWNED.
**Casual Wear, Sportswear and Photogenic winners in each age group.
Awards Each division will have the following :Casual Wear Winner, Sportswear Winner, Photogenic Winner as well as 1st, 2nd and 3rd Alternates in beauty. These awards will be trophies or plaques. All contestants will receive an award. 12 State Divisional Queens will receive a custom State monogrammed banner, trophy or plaque, State Divisional Crown, and more! 3 State Overall Most Beautiful Queens will receive a banner, Most Beautiful Plaque, State Most Beautiful Crown, bond and more! 3 State Mini Supreme Queens will receive a custom State monogrammed banner, trophy or plaque, State Mini Supreme Crown, $300. bond and more! 3 State Supreme Queens will receive a custom State monogrammed banner, trophy or plaque, State Supreme Crown, $500. bond and more! 1 Grand Supreme State Queen will receive a custom State monogrammed banner, trophy or plaque, State Supreme Crown, Scepter, $1000. bond and more! *Must have 65 PAID contestants to guarantee full amount of money. Money could be pro-rated otherwise.
DEADLINE FOR RESERVATIONS We have a limited number of rooms held for Imperial Miss Georgia. Please make your reservations early. After the deadline, rooms will only be available on first come, first serve basis at regular price. YOU MUST STATE THAT YOU ARE WITH Imperial Miss Georgia WHEN MAKING YOUR RESERVATIONS. Hotel Requests NO EATING OR DRINKING IN THE BALLROOM AT ANY TIME. Please refrain from running in the hotel or around the pool area. Your child and guests are your responsibility at all times. Please adhere to all rules and regulations of the the hotel. Imperial Miss Georgia AND VOLUNTEERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE AND CAN NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY BEFORE, DURING, OR AFTER THE EVENT. Photography/Videography We are having a professional photographer/videographer at the hotel. Please do not take pictures or videos inside the ballroom at any time. Sportsmanship Imperial Miss Georgia reserves the right to decline entry from anyone who demonstrates negative or derogatory behavior before, during or after an event. PLEASE DEMONSTRATE GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP AT ALL TIMES BEFORE AND AFTER THE PAGEANT. 0-3 SUPREME GROUPING 9:30 a.m. first with BEAUTY immediately followed by CASUAL WEAR and then SPORTSWEAR. 0-3 yrs. 0-11 months 12-23 months 2 yrs. 3 yrs.
4-9 SUPREME GROUPING 1:45 p.m.first with BEAUTY followed immediately by CASUAL WEAR and then SPORTSWEAR. 4-5 yrs. 6-7 yrs. 8-9 yrs.
10 & UP SUPREME GROUPING 5:00 p.m. first with BEAUTY followed immediately by CASUAL WEAR and then SPORTSWEAR. 10-12 yrs. 13-15 yrs. 16-19 yrs. 20-26 yrs. Ms.
Sunday Crowning will begin tentatively at 10:00 am |
