  4.20.03 HAPPY EASTER!! That was so nice of amanda to change the pw on us, and then she changed the frame colors on the left frame. but don't worry were chaning it back. k happy easter bye! 4.19.03 Sameera, Amanda, and Brittany are no longer doing the site. 4.14.03 We added 5 different types of dolls, [250 dolls], made all the pages with century gothic and the title. I also added the boo icon on the iconpage 2 since people were asking for it! More Updates coming soon! 4.13.03 This is brittany! I'm adding a Hall Of Fame! Ok well I made a make your own colored scrollbar page but were making an HTML blinkie [like the you, us, makers, request, etc. blinkies we have on the menu] to put it under! Im gunna start making the blinkie maker today but who knows when it will be open! 4.11.03 This is brittany, it's in the morning and I havta go to school right now but I added 3 blinkies! It's the morning right now, before school and I just added 7 blinkies, fixed the colors in the update box and added the cool Icy Shimmer Crew blinkie. More updates coming later today! First the bad news is we had to get rid of Huong. :( But we had to. She hasn't done anything for the page except for her bio which we deleted and she's only allowed on 15 minutes a day! And for the good news I change those ugly buttons that said you, us, reads, etc. I made them blinkies with the help of Sameera. (this is Shelby typing by the way)! I added us to the Spicy Kisses Top Sites List so make sure you vote for us! ThAnX 3.16.03- Today we added 2 more icons, added an award, and we added a lipgloss pg! We added alot of fashion~like more eye tips!Chek them out! 3.15.03- Added a layout which was completly made by scrach and was hard to make! Added Fashion (Read) which includes hair and eyes. Added Celeb Pictures. Made an enter page! 3.14.03- *NEW MEMBER*- YAY we have a new addition to the cru! Brittanys doing the site! Sorry for the other people who wanted to join, its just that brittanys really good with html and all the other stuff so sorry for you others! Added A New Guestbook, Added a Win Award, Find the Ducky and Edited Pages! Added Instrucitons! 3.12.03 Added another icon! And Shelby made that banner at the top of the page. :) Fixed most of the titles to icy shimmer colors instead of the Blu Heaven. 3.11.03 I added 6 icons! wOo*!* lol! 3.10.03 We have made tons of updates but haven't written them in here. First, We changed the name to Icy Shimmer so we can change the layout and colors whenever. Like when it was Blu Heaven it always had to be blue. So we changed the colors to pink, blue and purple. Hope you like it! And we would like to thank Dollie Designs (www.dolliedesigns.com) because there site has help us alot! Also we added some quotes and made the tag board actually have color. We are still updating tons so just because we haven't written in here doesn't mean we didn't update! ThAnX 3.5.03 AHHH! We were disqulified from SOTM because they said we voted a million times for ourselfs! That's not the intire truth because people voted for us and they said the results said they didn't vote so we tried to see if it would work a couple of times. We didn't mean to cheat! O well dares nothing we can do :(! 3.3.03 Ok, Erica is back from Orlando. Now we got some more help! Ok we think our grand opening will be this Sunday. We aren't sure. Plus we think there might be something wrong with the server :-X! Don't worry though we think it will be fine. We still have tons of ideas to add to the syt! Thanks for being patient.
