Do excercise daily to lose weight.
Don't buy diet pills to lose weight, unless they are recommended by your doctor. In many cases, diet pills have made people seriously ill, and in some cases have caused people to die.
Do accept your size and live life to the fullest!
Don't be down on yourself 24/7 and expect everyone to comfort you.
If you excercise and eat healthy daily, you will be sure to lose weight! Don't believe those gimmicks you see on TV! It's worth it to just do it normally. ;D
