Lisa:  Lisa had a cast put on her right ankle today.  Due to the small stroke she suffered, she has not had much use of her right side.  The ankle was turned in, so they cast it to straighten it out.  Diane told me Lisa had a good day in therapy and she has also started on some foods.  Lisa seems to know what we are saying to her and can answer the questions asked most of the time.  She is in a very agitated state, but is quite normal for her condition.  We miss her desperately and know, as with everything else it is a matter of time. 

David told me last night he is doing quite well.  He attended a party on Friday night, and I heard through the grape vine “he had quite a good time”, something about a lot of girls and a lot of attention.  David, can you clear this one up for us???  He is hoping that attending school on a daily basis is not far off.  We hope so too David!!!!!  He does have appointments scheduled this month to check his spinal column and his intestines to see what the plan of attack will be on those areas.

Diane and Peter are still doing fine.  Peter’s parents have arrived back in town safely to continue their support.
