Big Ship (title in progress)
This is a fair beast of a model so i'm gonna do it in stages. Basically, its a big space carrier, or colony ship, i'm not too sure.
30/12/02:
This is the model so far. The basic shape was done last night, today i worked on the top surface. It should be the most detailed. I put in a few small ships as well. Some of these are Frontier Elite inspired, a few are from freespace. They aren't very good at the moment, i did them low poly cause i thought they would be smaller in scale. I'll work on some better ones when i get round to close ups.
I thought i'd bother with some lighting in this one, though its given a strange texture to some of the surfaces. I wanted to sort this at the time but the computer was strugling a bit with everything in screen... Hmmm, I wonder just how much detail i can add to the rest of the ship, considering my hardware limitations.
