We all dream, we may not think that we do....BUT....
Some of us can't always remember their dreams, I know I can't.
The experts suggust that we keep a dream diary.We can do this by keeping a pad and pen by our bedside and upon awakening we can jot down our dreams,or at least what we MIGHT remember of them.
Some of us may dream more intensely during the FULL moon. In fact we may have our most oddest or EVEN Prophetic dreams during this time. In my own experience I find this to be true. When questioning others I find that they TOO have dreams that are more intense and are able to remember them more vividly during the FULL MOON.
Altho not ALL my dreams are prophetic, I find that if they are about a family member or close friend, I listen to them ..Just in case.
There are times when my dreams can only be explained or described as PROPHETIC.
Some of us dream in color.Experts are finding that this holds a great significance in interpreting our dreams.
Some colors STAND out in our dreams,these are the ones that we interpret.
Some of us dream of ANIMALS. This too has a great significance in our dreams.

I think that if we did NOT dream we may all go crazy. Our dreams I believe help us to cope with our every day lives .
