Haggard & Nelson caught lightning in a bottle with "Pancho & Lefty", "Seashores Of Old Mexico" was poorly received in 1987 and still is today.
With the above stated there are 2 superb songs included here. "When Times Were Good" and "If I Could Only Fly" could have both been #1 hits if released without Nelson and properly marketed. Merle would entitle an album "If I Could Only Fly" in 2000.
I cannot even listen to the other 8 tracks on this album. Enough said.
