Everybodies in college, Phoebe is a Freshmen, Piper is a Sophmore, Prudence is a Junior & Leo is a Sophmore. They All have powers, Leo has to lead a more normal life so the elders turned him into a Half whitelighter who poses as a Witch in the College. Grahms is alive and calls to check up on them every now and again mostly to make Sure Phoebe's in her Classes. Cole is a Professor at the College and watches Phoebe with a Hidden interest. While Piper finds out She's getting a New Room Mate besides her Sisters whom she has to Share her Dorm/House With now her Room will be shared with Leo in the 3 Room House/Dorm.

The Children of the Charmed Ones know only they have a Intresting Family there dad/uncle Leo wont tell them anything more untill they find the book of Shadows left to them by there parents, Leo is there only to make sure they get guided in the right direction though he has no real wish to interfer in there destiny. we're Teens and Preteens who came into our powers when our mothers Died at our uncles hands, now we're taking up where they left off and finding out who we are. come join the adventure.

But despite this we still manage to get a small break at P3 and try and balance our personal lives out with our Wiccan ones, in this RPG we start alittle before Piper and Leo's Wedding where Paige finds out she's related to them.
