I know I’m not always

Everything everyone

Would like me to be.

But I really want you to

Understand: I’m just me

I’m just somebody who tries to do my

best, but who doesn’t always pass the

tests, that the day can bring. Sometimes

I don’t even come close. Even though

I want to…so badly.

I’m somebody who still has insecurities

& doubts, & who is still trying to

figure out what life is all about. I’m

someone who loves to laugh & who

thinks that the nicest treasures in the

world are love & family & friends.

but sometimes… I’m somebody who cries,

& who feels like going back to the

beginning & starting all over again.

I’m someone who has hopes & dreams, &

who tries to bring smiles to the people I’m close to.

And I pray that someday – this somebody will

find a way to bring an abundance of those smiles—

to you.
