Our Favvy Recipes:
Ms. Laura's eclair pie:
2 packages graham crackers
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
1/2 cup milk ( for the vanilla pudding )
1 - 8 oz Cool Whip
11 x 14 pan, ungreased
1 can chocolate frosting
Line 11 x 14 ungreased pan with a layer of graham cracker sheets.
Mix vanilla instant pudding.
Put a layer of vanilla pudding on top of graham crackers then a layer of Cool Whip on top of pudding,
Add another layer of graham cracker sheets and then another layer of vanilla pudding, then Cool Whip.. and so on ..
End with a layer of graham cracker sheet on top.
Spread chocolate frosting on top of graham cracker sheets. ( I usually put my frosting in the microwave for about 30 seconds on high then stir it for easier spreading).
Refrigerate 2 hours and enjoy!
