Chapter 10
The Meeting
Akina never lost the thought of someone watching her every move. Taskin was just as jumpy as Akina was. Nikki could see this and decided to invite them to come to the bar tonight with her, Nikki worked at the local bar. So Akina was dragged by Taskin to go with him, so he wouldn't get drunk alone. When they got there, Akina chose a table in the middle of the room and sat down, ordered and looked around. The first thing she saw was a person leaning over a table, near the back of the room. With a flash and that person looked up, and their eyes flashed a bright forest green. Akina was shocked; she knew what forest green eyes meant. 'What is an elf doing here? I thought they never left the woods...’As soon as the thought of the person being an elf crossed her mind, the 'elf' in question stood up and walked over to Akina's table. She panicked and looked for Taskin.... drunk at the bar...Nikki? She was in the back getting drinks. The elf sat next to Akina and pulled the hood of the cloak down. Akina was stupefied by the elf. It had to of been a she, long blonde golden hair, pale ivory skin, and her ears were a perfect match for an elf.
"I know who you are and what you seek, young one."
"What are you....."
The elf put her finger over Akina's mouth to hush her...
"If you want to find the killer of your love, follow me, I can show you..."
As soon as the elf came, she was gone...
