I've come across something previously unknown, that I've named "food spirits".
During fasts - when I don't eat but only drink water or other liquids for a day or longer - I started to feel specific types of foods. These foods came to my mind. I noticed that they were foods that I had not eaten for years, and thus usually foods that aren't produced anymore and such that I would normally not start to crave for. They were specific foods that I had eaten years ago. And not even thought of for years and years. And it was not hunger I was feeling.
I noticed that during fasts, foods eaten years ago somehow 'returned to life' so to speak. My theory became that when we eat, not only toxins and other substances from the foods, are stored in our blood and tissue - which they are - but also some sort of energy print of the food, that which I call food spirits.
Food spirits
It is true that all matter has an energy aspect. All matter has a wavelength in its energy. And so would even food have. I've known that smaller parts of eg. food, such as nutrients or even the chemical substances, have this energy or wavelength aspect. But that the 'aura' of the entire food item would linger in our body until detox, was a surprise!
So I believe that when we eat, not only do we swallow a physical aspect of a food item, we also - obviously - swallow its energy, as they are perspectives of the same thing. Substances from the food do linger around in our body, such as toxics in our bloodstream or kidney stones. But so does the energy aspect of the food! During a fast when a person does not eat, the body is no longer occupied by digestion and immediately starts cleansing, healing and strengthening the body. And this is when these "food spirits" are finally cleansed out. The fact that I had several year old food 'spirits' shows just how badly our bodies are in the need of a fast.
Perhaps all won't sense these food energies/spirits during a fast. Sensing them meant that the food simply came to mind for a few minutes. I believe that this may in many cases be mistaken for hunger. When a person senses the detox of a food eaten long ago, and mistakes this 'thinking of a food' for hunger and wants to eat this particular food.
Why do I say this isn't hunger?
When I fast, I am not hungry. But what really surprised me here was that the foods that came to mind were such that I had eaten up to ten years ago! Things I hadn't thought of, eaten, or even remembered since then! And that these came to mind during a fast and never otherwise. I'm still not quite sure of what this was, and only have the theory.
