Synopsis/Reviews
When a child is killed by a maniac, a commissioner makes a promise to her parents that he will deliver to them the assassin. He sets a trap for the maniac, which doesn't succeed for the simple reason that the maniac has already died. The commissioner, ignoring the death for the sake of his promise, continuous to chase his prey, and as a result, he goes insane. Viewer's Comments
