Breakfast Burritos!
1/2 lb sausage patties, browned and crumbled
2 eggs; scrambled
1 md tomato; diced
6 soft flour tortillas; heated
6 tb cheese whiz; melted
Combine sausage, eggs and tomatoes. Place about
1/6 mixture into center of each tortilla. Top
each mound of the mixture with 1 TB of the melted
cheese. Fold bottom third of tortilla up over the
filling and then bring right side of the tortilla
toward the left, folding over filling. Fold left
side of tortilla to the right, leaving the top end
open. Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate up to 4
hours. Microwave each 1 briefly just to warm and
serve promptly with picante sauce on the side.
Cookie Pizza
You can use a package of PREMADE cookie dough**
1/2 cup butter or margarine -- softened
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups miniature marshmallows
6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips/candies
and/or fresh fruit chunks
In a mixing bowl, cream butter, peanut butter and sugars. Beat in egg and
vanilla. Stir in flour until blended. Spread dough onto a greased 12"
pizza pan. Bake at 375F degrees for 12 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows
and chocolate chips. Bake 5-6 minutes longer or until lightly browned.
M&M COOKIES
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
3/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup M&M's
1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Mix brown sugar,
butter, vanilla, and eggs in large bowl until
well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Drop by Tablespoons onto lightly greased pan.
Press 3 or 4 additional M&M candies in each
cookie. Bake in preheated oven 10-12 minutes
or until lightly brown.
