This page is dedicated to Samantha's friend Sarah who acted so bravely in the face of sheer terror. Let Sarah be a shining example of a true child "hero". She did the right thing and ran to tell her Mom of Samantha's kidnapping. She bravely helped the police come up with a very close sketch of the kidnapper. Sarah is wise beyond her five years.

Sarah had a friend Samantha just the other day. They'd laugh and giggle together as they played. She was her best friend and so special you see. They were just as happy as two little kids could be.
But then a man they didn't know came by. And told her and Samantha a great big lie. And before her eyes her friend with him was forced to go. Sarah quickly ran into her house to let her Mommy know.
And now she hears her friend has forever gone away. And that she is now safe with Jesus today. But she sure misses Samantha and the times they played. And wonders why her Mommy for her now acts so afraid.
Mommy hugged her tighter than she'd ever done before. And she asked her why and Mommy what for? She called Sarah her little hero and started to cry. And said "my precious child I can't tell you why."
Sarah doesn't understand things happening today. She doesn't know why Samantha had to be taken away. She misses you Samantha but we know someday. You'll be waiting for Sarah in Heaven to play.
