"No!" I bellowed. "If your heart is in your head then your head is what I'll have!" "And what of your heart?" he whispered. "What of my heart?" I remarked. "Where may your heart lie right now?" he whispered. "Here" I said! Bringing my hand to my chest, only to feel a warm sticky substance about my skin. "Oh God. No! My heart. It is gone! Oh Father, look at me bleed! Such a gash I have never seen before. For sure I will die!" But all he said was "You will not die my son. You will not die. We will pray for the resurrection of your spirit and divine intervention. We will pray to the good Lord that he send forth the Oversoul." And the altar boy rang his bell thrice and from my place at the altar I held in one hand a chalice. And in this chalice was the finest wine from our stock which I myself had blessed. And hence, in my other hand, I held unleavened bread. And I spoke unto all those present in this holy church "This is my body, and this is my blood." And again the altar boy rang his bell thrice. I had been touched by the Oversoul and had found eternity.
