Dawn did break on the ridge of my brow and laid new passage before me. Came did the season of early man and with it did it raise me to new being. Gone from my throat the song of the bird and the howl of the wolf came its stay.  Childish plunder gave way to virile thunder. Scents I engaged did madden my rage of a new and desirable hunger.  Time did find me many times on the peaks of madness as I cried of a longing I did not understand. Emotion did rise in me from the depths of my passion. Fast did my heart pour forth new essence and each cell of my form did complain of the quickening. New lands did I make and still upon the fabric of my mind. Laced in lustful tapestries of a fruit lay ripe and wanton of new pleasure. The animal within me dwelled and night did find me walking. Earth trembled at my very step, on padded paths I slowly crept, on my endless vigil, always stalking.  So did my instincts force me forward did they also force me low.  Time did beat of a raging storm in the heart of me in the force I've born. Time did cry of a lonely night in the pit of pain on a quiet path in the pouring rain. On the edge of dusk on that fabled eve of a tale untold of the make-believe. Where arms were shed for wings to fly over calming oceans in the windless sky. Where legs gave way to a jagged claw, on the lips of mine grew a savage jaw. On the droning beat of an awesome breadth was the mask of lust, was the face of death.
