First, as shown, you set your foot up the general way that you would ollie.

Lean forward and crouch like you would to ollie. Make sure the toe of your leading foot is lined up with the edge of the board.

Slam down with your back foot and start to bring your leading foot up.

Start kicking your foot forward off of the board so it will spin.

As soon as you kick out, yank your foot up so it won't get caught on th board while it's spinning.

As it spins under your feet, keep your knees high and wait til you see the grip tape.

Come down on the board with your nees bent and try to land in the starting position.

If you did all the right steps you should ride away, looking like a pro.
