Duties:
-Provided bilingual technical support to 750+ internal clients for a variety of platforms and applications
-Installing, configuring and maintaining PCs, internal components, peripherals, operating systems and software
-Acquired in depth knowledge in a multitude of applications, troubleshooting software and Operating Systems.
-Identify and resolve operational and connectivity problems for PCs and peripheral equipment
-Facilitate desktop rebuilding using Norton Ghost imaging/backup software.
-Participated in the Windows 2000 Rollout of Desktops to over 700 Clients
-Initiated a project to inventory all Communication Canada Desktops
-Set up PDA hand-held computing devices such as Blackberries and Palm Pilots.

-Perform minor repairs on portable computers (I.e. Hard Drive, Memory, LCD replacement, etc)
