A time when legal issues will probably scar one of the greatest plans of the company including such as to give it a dominating position. In-house anger could cause damage. Legal sorting out will be played out but there will be elements which will give contrary advice. Advice from direction which is well positioned but not necessarily very 'mobile' may be better. Financial restrictions and indiscretions may also be seen at times to be a bother. Difficulties in settling with parties over future plans may also take a toll. There is a chance that some research may be lost or may become misdirected. Retailing interests will continue to do some sort of badgering in self interest. Optimism and self assuredness with regards to knowledge base could also be a little misplaced. Landed assets and large payrolls will continue to be healthy. Some very mature associates/partners and benefactors will continue to create situations of dichotomy which may be good at times. Aggressive and intensive programs will tend to achieve more. Never kill a project completely as a tendency to discontinue will persist and high revision levels will be initiated, the old lines will continue to be productive and fruitful.

From end of March 2002 the company will make great inroads and impact. It's value will rise. Underestimating it's impact on the future of computing is like forgetting the presence the company has in our homes, offices, lives, etc., etc. !
The company will, against all cajoling, manage to keep a safe distance and not suffer too much financial slow down/losses. The worst may be over.
Overpowering motivated ethos singles it out for achievements and resilience.
Mismanagement of earning-expenditure balance will be seen at times due to pressures.
In-house training and research may at times require support from external agencies. All education is not complete when you have only learnt from rigors of life - something that can be kept in mind by the organization.
