GEORGE W. BUSH'S PRESIDENCY - THE SECOND TERM
President G. W. Bush's oath was fixed for 12.00 EST (20 January 2005), at White House DC (38n74, 77w02). Based on this moment's chart the following predictions are made for the next four years of the presidency, the second term. As theoretically expected, with the continued presidency of the same president, indications in predictions for first term will be present during the second term.
This term will be challenging one. It is suffice to say that on the positive side the authority of the administration will remain strong.
It will set many things pertaining to the future, present system and the proverbial 'house' in order. The need of the hour will be to overcome many negative influences and configurations.
The administration will strengthen its financial might and prosperity will be a major focus. This said it will face much confusion in its perceptions regarding a lot of others things. So probably setting a strong internal agenda will likely be seen.
As many queries and criticisms are likely, the delegation of authority to autonomous bodies will be seen - though success will be a little limited. In this cooperative politics and allowing dissent to take charge will be present, allowing the dissent to dig its own grave.
The top administrative and political setup will see strengthening and power - other aspects will be allowed to remain under pressure. In this allowing things to face the music alone is likely.
Government role in much and dependence on it will be seen. As an entity it will be seen strong and able to wield much though it will also be seen to be 'democratic' and non-interfering.
Regional politics will be forte in ways where domination is asserted. Understandings, new setups, new rules and systems are likely to come in place.
From Jan 2005 to June 2005 - Segregation, isolation and the like is likely to be felt and seen. Destructive energies, overcoming negative impressions and touring etc. will be present. Debt will be a real problem. Decisions which will enforce large numbers to resettle or move/ migrate will be taken. Development of a strategy for one's internal use and guidance and to overcome the tying down effect of realities of relationships and associations will be taken. Plan to make the work force more productive and ensure better returns from the employment structures are likely. Utilization of infrastructures ability to provide a sense of comfort and sense of security will be seen. Vehicular problems and break down of long term understandings is likely. A generally dissatisfying time.
From June 2005 to September 2006 - A lot of revelations, misbehaviors and the like will get attention. There will be focus on new understandings and arrangements. There will new rules and regulations. There will suffering due to strong moods and emotional disturbances - in humans and in nature. There will be isolation and there will be some strong legal problems. There will be pressure to change policies and directions. There will be participation and strong guidance from the opposition. There will discomfort and ill ease in the situation one is in. There will military action there will be deaths in noticeable numbers. There will be serious allegations. There might be changes in the administrations structures or of overcoming such challenges. There might be some strong natural disasters especially earthquake type of activity - and the regions towards the east and north are likely to be most affected some incidents in the south-west are likely to take place. Financially strong attempts to gain and stabilize.
From September 2006 to October 2007 - The managerial and intelligence aspects of governance will be tested and needed. it will likely be a time when the demands on the social security system is high. Also a time when some problems with the health or otherwise of the administration is likely to surface. Instigating and provocative things may happen. There will be a tendency to rely on untruths. There will be some new scientific revelations or discoveries or programs initiated. The future of the business will be shored up. Self interest of the businesses will be influencing things. Some deaths on account of misinformation and a relatively new type of illness is likely. Giving loans and seeking profits and gains from it are likely more so. A time when the festive kind of atmosphere will be projected for optimism and future interests. Relatively warm and moist weather.
From October 2007 to April 2008 - This might be the time when for some reason and happenings there will be a strong national pride see in many things, including achievements. There will be a sense that the nation has arrived and achieved much. There will be optimism, with many things being brushed under the carpet. There will a sense of much achievement and a certain amount of fear of losing what one has. Some strong egoistic attitudes will be seen. It will also be a time when the policies will be formed more out of momentum than thought, and this may be have long term negative influences as the policies will be more made for the satisfaction of others. There will also be things which make the administration a scapegoat and interests will tend to scuttle individuals. A time when the weak could collapse.
From April 2008 to January 2009 (and a little beyond) - There always comes a time when success comes easy as does aggression, strong passions and a desire to take over once again. The ultimate weapons in many ways are used and deployed. Strategy and proxy wars are likely to be initiated. They may be able to result in many deaths and new policies and politics which leave everything back in the state where it all seems to have started. Aiming high even though success seems to come easy will be dangerous. This may actually be a good time to do the humane things and befriend people. It will be most suitable to setup even global systems to provide health care and for those who are hungry. It will be a time for healing and providing real prosperity to many. It will be a time to allow others to see the effects of poor and aggressive policies and temperaments. It will be a time when lessons are learnt but you don't end up on the top of the podium. Volcanic eruptions are likely.

The time President G. W. Bush took oath was 12.02 EST (20 January 2001), at White House DC (38n74, 77w02). Based on this moment's chart the following predictions are made for the next four years of the presidency.
The security of the President should be beefed up as much as possible. Use of high tech. equipment and proper selection of assisting and junior staff is a must. Foreign inducements in this is possible. Taking the fight over to the enemies house is a policy the president should not be too indulgent in. He should keep a check on 'family' too. Very wise foreigners may not do the good he seeks of them. Ultimate form of enemy will be white, young, educated/learned, just about to move in life to a good position. This is of immediate concern. Periods when the risk factor is increased are: 20 Jan 2001 to 15 July 2001; 13 Sep 2002 to 15 Nov 2003; and 1 Sep 2004 to 20 Jan 2005. Alternatively a junior colleague could be at risk and the timing for that would be 1 May 2001 to 15 July 2001, 13 Nov 2001 to 9 Feb 2002 (most likely) and 13 Sep 2002 to 27 March 2003.
Overall things will turn out to be fine. Neighborly relations, people employed at the lower middle level, untrained or semi-trained workers, communications, expenditure, education, housing, vehicle industry, etc. will likely not flourish during this tenure.
Very serious and wise counsel and motivations will be the guiding factor, but ultimately the future will hold sway during decision making and actions. Children and down trodden along with a strong fighting spirit will be the projected image.
Abortion is an issue which will cause a lot of consternation.
A lot of money to be made from arms and computer industry.
Democracy will roost in the White House.
Strong passions and feelings will be a part of this administration too.
