"If you have ever stood staring at everything and nothing in particular, feeling too heavy to stand, yet knowing if you sit, you’ll never get up again… If you are surrounded by people passing you by, yet feel like you are the only one around… If you are numb and empty, with no reason to go on, and yet you don’t have even the will it takes to die… Only then have you felt true loneliness…" Amanda Hunter
One evening, as a dark dreary cloud passed overhead in the darkness of the night, this hunger within her drove her wild, and she knew that no matter what, she would have to feed from the blood that came from a beings heart, regardless of how wrong it seemed.
Utopia stayed in Tyrant for many years, not finding the one who destroyed her life as she knew it at such a young age. She learned to love again, and became friends with many. Along with the greatness, however, she also learned more of hate, anger, death, and enemies.
The first clan to take her in was Sk, and Ameri Knight. Many of the Sk were killed in a war, and thus Utopia moved on. After winning her first spar, (one with Dethstryk) she was offered a spot in any clan of her choice. She didn't hesitate to mention Dk, because of her new friends Mystical and Angel being a part in it. However, she very much feared and hated Shyenne.
After awhile, she came to love all of Dk and learn more about the land about her. She angrily threw herself into fights, however, and tried to be more than she was.
It was a cold day that changed her life forever. She had been watching her adopted daughter, Angel quietly, and all seemed like it was fine, until a man came into the room. He told her he had killed her parents, which she later found out to be the lies of a drunken warrior and no more. Furious, Utopia took up a fight that she knew she could not win, which in turn led to the death of her adopted daughter.
Not knowing how to control herself or her feelings, she started to take poisonous pills and drink. She went for anything that numbed the pain of knowing it was her fault that her daughter had been slain. She began to hate everyone and wish only death upon herself. She attempted suicide often, but only for the pity of others, to know they were listening. The last time she would try to commit suicide was a day she had stabbed herself in the heart.
A man in a cloak, having pity for the girl, healed her, as no one else would. He saw that inside she really hadn't wanted to die and that he could fix her and teach her a lesson at the same time. He brushed his hand over her wound, kissed her forehead, and told her she needed to change her ways. At the same time, he was angry with her for trying to take her life. He put a curse on her that made it impossible for her to be healed by any form of magic, as this would teach her not to hurt herself anymore. He knew that if no one could save her, she wouldn't try to die. To add to the curse, he swore if anyone tried to heal her, it would only, in fact, double the pain she was feeling.
She became furious at the man for placing such a curse on her, and attempted to kill him. However, this mysterious stranger would not fall to her blade. For her foolishness, he put another curse on her - that even as a vampire, she would be able to conceive a child, but would never be able to give birth to it, nor carry it to full term without herself or the child dying.
