chapter one
Justin Timberlake is at his new house he just bought.
He turns on the television and sees Christina Aguilera's new video "Come on
Over Baby" 'She gets more Beautiful by the moment' he thinks to himself. He
sighs deeply and remembers the most heartbreaking night of his entire life.
~~Flash back~~
April 14, 2000- "Justin, I...I... I don't think we should see each other anymore" Christina says with tears filling up in her eyes. "Why, you don't love me anymore?" Justin asked trying to hold back the tears.
"No, I do love you, more than anything but ever since you Changed record companies and your
management, we never see each other anymore." Christina said avoiding to look into his big blue eyes. "I get time off in October" Justin said trying to hoax
Christina out of breaking up with him. "I can't wait that long, it's been 4 months already, and if I'm honestly going to flip out every time I don't
know where you are then neither of us will be able to
do our jobs" She began to cry. Then they just sat in silence for a couple
of minutes until Justin finally said, "I'll obey your wishes but I'll never stop loving you" he says leaning in for their final kiss. "Goodbye"
he said with his voice breaking. Christina could do nothing but put her head down and bite her nail to keep form crying.
~~Flash Back ends~~
'Damn Justin, forget about her, it's been 6 months since she broke up with you,
give it a rest, she's not coming back' he thought to himself trying to convince himself that it was true.

Christina was at her stylist's place trying on outfits to prepare her for the
VMAs. "What do you think of that one?" her stylist asked her. "Sorry, but I don't think pink and red mix very well at all"
Christina said giggling a little bit. "Christina, we've already been through 15 outfits already will you choose one already?!?" Her stylist said
sounded a little bit agitated. "Well then let me choose, not to hard to remember." Christina went through the rack of clothes.
"I like this one" Christina said holding up a 2 piece black dress with silver
wirily lines. "Go for it" her stylist cheered.
When Christina came out she looked gorgeous. "Wow, Christina, you should fire me I have no idea what I'm doing compared to you" the stylist
said looking at Christina in awe. "I prefer to keep you around, thanks. Uh oh." Christina said going from pure cheer to fright.
"What's wrong Hun?" the stylist said extremely concerned. "Justin is going to be at the VMAs, I haven't seen him in 6 months since I
broke up with him, What if thinks are too weird?"

"So Justin, you ready for tomorrow night?" Joey asked enthusiastically.
"Yep, more than ever" Justin stated confidently. "Um, Justin, Christina is going to be there." Chris said nervously. "So,
Christina is going to be........ Oh my god, she is, damn it what am I going to do? I still love her." Justin said ready to tear his hair out.
"Still? Justin, you guys broke up 6 months ago." Lance said pitifully. "Yeah, I know. Unfortunately that doesn't change anything"
Justin said burying his face in his hands.

The next night-
Christina Arrives at Radio City Music Hall. She is walking down the isle when
she sees Justin. Christina quickly runs in the building. "Christina!" Britney cheerfully yells. "Hey Christina, what's up?
(notices the look on Christina's face) Is something wrong?" Britney asks. "Yeah, Justin is here" Christina says nervously looking in
Justin's direction. "Well, he is kinda a big pop star, you know"
Britney
said sarcastically. "I know," Christina snapped. "but it's been 6
months since I've seen him and since we broke up" Christina said trying her best to keep out of sight. "Britney, I still love him, I'm still
in love with him, but now I have Jorge and I never see him
anymore our chances of being together are 1 and 1,000,000. I don't know what I'm
going to do" Christina said disappointedly.

Christina was in the auditorium looking for an earring she had lost staring
straight down when she bumped into a tall man. "Oh, I'm sorry sir" Christina said not even bothering to look up. "Whoa, whoa,
wait a minute" the man said gently grabbing her arm. his voice was familiar. Christina looked up to see Justin. "Hi" Christina
said shyly. "Hey" Justin said nervously.
