"Mrs. Collins is Amanda around?"
Justin asked with his feet propped up in the table.
"Yes, she is. She just got here. Hang on a second." Justin could here
her yelling for Amanda in the background and then finally she got on the on the
phone.
"Hello?"
"Hey, Mandy. I just wanted to say that I was sorry about earlier.I was
acting like a jerk."
"I know."
"Ok," He said surprised by her response.
'Well, I gotta go." She said and hung up the phone.
"Did you get everything worked out?"Jc asked him and grabbed a water
out of the fridge.
"I wouldnt say I got it all worked out. I just dont get it. We used to be
so close. We told each other everything.And now there is all these secrets
between us. And whenever we used to get in arguments we worked it out so
quick.Whats happening to our relationship? She is my very best friend and its
like our entire friendship is slipping away," Justin tried to explain.
"Hang in there, I know you'll work it out. Theres just so many problems in
your way. You're going to get through it trust me. Its always been Amanda and
Justin. I can't imagine either of you without the other."
"Yeah, I guess you're right."
"Of course I am," He laughed and then the phone rang. "Thats
probally her now." He said and ran to get the phone. " Hello?"
"Hey Jc. Can I talk to Justin?"
"Sure, hang on." He answered and put the phone down. "Justin, its
Amanda."
"Hello," Justin said trying to cover his hopefulness.
"Justin, I was wondering if I could stop by in like an hour?"
"Yeah that would be fine why?"
"I forgot my purse."
"Oh,"
"Bye." She said and jung up again.
"See man. I am a genuis I told you she would wanna work it out to. Is she
coming over to talk?" Jc joked.
"Yeah she is coming over.But not to talk, she forgot her purse."
"Oh, sorry."

"Hey Justin get the door!" Jc yelled across the house.
"Ok," he said and ran to answer the door. When he opened the door he
saw Amanda standing there. "Oh, hey hows it going?"
"Fine, now can I have my purse please?"
"Oh, yeah come in."
"I cant stay long Jeff is waiting for me."
"Jeff?Whose Jeff?"
"My date."
"OH. Well, then why dosent Jeff come in to?"
"Ok, "She said and then walked outside and gestured him to come in. A
tall guy with dark features came walking in.
"Hi, I'm Jeff Taylor." He introduced and stuck hs hand out for Justin
to shake it. In disgust Justin loked at his hand and then finally shook it.
"Heres your purse," Chris said and ran down the stairs.
"Thanks."
"So how did you too meet?" Justin asked trying to find out all the
details.
"Well, if you have to know. I met Josh at the mall."
"Sounds great." Justin said sarcasticlly. Amanda glared at him and
then he smiled.
"Don't stay out to late!" Chris joked and then toLd them goodbye
"Bye Mandy," Justin waved goodbye and then she just smiled a half
smile and walked out of the door.
"That creep." Justin said referring to Jeff.
"He seemed like a pretty nice guy to me."Chris commented.
"Justin, why do you do that? yOu think no guy is ever good enough for her.
You have to stop doing this." Jc told him.
"No guy is good enough for her. She needs someone perfect, they have to
treat her right guys. You just don't get it I really care about her I am not
going to let some cyco go out with her."
"Has any cyco ever even tried to ho out with her? And would she ever say
yes to some lunatic?"
"Well. no but why that pretty boy Jeff?
"It seems to me that no gut can make you happy unlees its you." Chris
said.
"What do you mean?"
"Dude, you have a major crush. You love her and no guy is good enough for
her but you."
