chapter five
I was ready to go. I went to the hotel restaurant and saw them there. We talked and talked.
" I think I'm going to go outside," I said.
" I'll come with you," replied Nick.
I said goodbye to Brian, AJ, Howie, and Kevin.
"It's a really nice night," Nick said.
" It really is," I said not knowing what I should say.
" I have a great idea why don't we go to the beach. It's right over there," Nick replied.
" Sure that would be great," I replied
We walked to the beach. We talked from movies to music. We stopped walking and I faced him. Our lips were getting closer and closer and my excitement grew.
" It's getting late, I have an early flight tomorrow," I said as I backed away.
" Oh. I'll walk you to the hotel." He said nervously.
He walked me to the hotel and we then said goodbye. We only knew each one day. It was too early to think that I really, really liked him.
