CLASS UPDATE
Sadly, after 18 years in the area, I have had to close down my classes at Coorparoo.
The Intermediate / Advanced class at Bardon from 7.15 to 8.15pm is still going strong and celebrating it's 20th year!
Lots of excitement at Sunnybank where I have introduced a new structure which caters to 3 levels of Belly Dance : Beginners 6.30 to 7.30pm, Beyond Beginners 7.00 to 8.00pm and Advanced 7.30. to 8.30pm. (Further Info - download)

RECENT EVENTS -
Our most recent events - the '2011 Christmas Concert' and Shimmers Christmas Party' were the perfect way to end the year. At the concert my students, the 'Shahara Shimmers' beautifully performed their new dances, learned during the term.

For once the Christmas Party was child friendly - heaps of kids, food, merriment, water slide, Santa pinyata. We had a blast of a day and was lovely to get to know all the kids.

Congratulations to Vicky Bellinger's family whose new baby boy, Dash, was born in November.

PERFORMANCE DVDs
After much computer torture I'm ecstatic to say I can finally create DVDs. Shahara Shimmers Performance DVDs will be released to students soon
